Enjoying the Greatness of Our Salvation! Ron Richey

There is not a more glorious teaching in the Scriptures than the truth that God has delivered us from His wrath and given us the guarantee of heaven in the salvation He provided through the sacrificial death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Salvation at times is beyond human description, but God has given us key words such as redemption, justification, regeneration, propitiation, reconciliation, and sanctification as a means to help us comprehend the vastness of our salvation. Join us on Wednesday evenings as we consider these six important topics and grow in the knowledge and understanding of our great salvation. (Meets for six sessions).

While society emphasizes wealth, success, and the pursuit of pleasure, the truth is that we are created by God in His image, and our fulfillment is found in pursuing his purposes for us. Becoming a Woman of Purpose will guide you to a better understanding of God’s intended purposes for Himself, for us as His people, and for you as His Unique creation. As you grow toward genuine peace and fulfillment, you’ll learn the joy of loving God and others, waiting on Him with hope, trusting Him through suffering, serving Him with reverent fear, and fulfilling His purposes. When Godly People Do Ungodly Things Shannon Gaines

This Beth Moore Bible study is geared toward young women and mothers of young children. Satan would love nothing more than to discourage us and attack us as Christian women, wives, and mothers—ultimately wanting to ruin and destroy our lives and relationships. This is a three-part study: 1) warnings to the believer; 2) how to prepare for Satan’s attacks; and 3) how to come back to God if you have fallen to these attacks. The setting of this life group will be round table. The goal is to discuss what we will watch in the video series and learn from each other. We will have a workbook that will have homework every two weeks. This Life Group is a great way to develop relationships with other young ladies and moms. Book Cost: $15 due at the first class.

Childcare changes this semester:

Thanks to the volunteers who work in AWANA and the nursery, we are able to provide childcare at no cost so you can enjoy a Life Group. Starting this semester, moms who have a child—between the ages of newborn to 6th grade—will be asked to work one Wednesday evening in the nursery to allow all moms to be able to jump in and enjoy a life group while also enjoying a well-staffed nursery and AWANA.
