Step 1
Verify Winter Camp Dates

Camp runs from Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. through Friday, March 15, 2019 with checkout following breakfast at 7:30 a.m.

Step 2
List All Those Who Attend in Your Group (include yourself and spouse, if applicable):

Please identify yourself, your family and/or friends who will be attending.  Ages of youth should be based on their age at the beginning of camp.

Special Housing Needs (if any): 
(Housing will be assigned based upon needs and family size. Special requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.)

Indicate your preferred bedding arrangement. Please try for double occupancy minimum where possible. Larger families with 3+ children are encouraged to sleep the kids 3-4 to a room. Double occupancy for the kids is not guaranteed, depending on space available:

Select Lodge or Cabin
Half the Lodge’s rooms are 2-twin, half are 1-queen.  Most rooms have fold-down bunks to accommodate families.  The Cabins have four rooms (generally two queen rooms and two 2-twin rooms).  They each have their own living space and two bathrooms. They are cozy and offer more privacy at the expense of being a short (about a minute) walk from the Lodge.

Step 3

Please indicate whether or not you intend to lodge in Raton, NM with the Caravan on Saturday, March 9. You can cancel your Raton lodging up to 24 hours before we leave, if you change your mind.

Most campers will leave from the church Saturday morning and stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Raton. We’ll have a worship service there at the hotel in the AM and proceed together to Westcliffe. You will pay for your room independently when you check out. This is just so we know how many rooms to block off.

Rate:  $69.99 + tax (presently, $77.18 total).  Includes breakfast.

First three PAYING campers are full price.  4th and following are $20 off per person. Infants and scholarshiped campers not included in the calculation

Payment Due Dates

Deposit due with registration: $100/ea
Payment 2: December 1: $100/ea
Payment 3: February 1: Balance

Step 5

Initial Deposit and 2nd payment are non-refundable.  Balance of Camp Costs is refunded according to the following schedule:

 

Cancel on or before…
February 1:
Balance is 100% refunded (deposit + payment 2 are non-refundable)
February 15: Balance is 50% refunded (deposit + payment 2 are non-refundable)
March 1: Entire Camp fee is non-refundable

Monies forfeited due to cancellations made by March 1 can be applied to a future year’s Winter Camp, minus $100/person penalty.  Because of our contractual obligations to Horn Creek, cancellations made after March 1 are forfeited entirely.
